Acadia – day 3 morning

IMG_2653_4_5_6_7

By day 3 we were a wee bit tired, so no sunrise pictures, which was just as well, as the day started overcast anyway. But all that did was make the day cooler and the colors gentler.

By the way, while at Acadia Park I met another photographer, Bill Swindaman and he has recently posted some of his photos from that weekend. Bill is an incredible photographer and I recommend that you check out his work!

Before viewing the photographs, I would also like to invite you to visit the poetry blog, the Book of Pain. As always, special thanks to my dearest Lyn, who does most of the hard part: the photo selections. Thank you for dropping by the Book of Bokeh.

The morning was spent with a return to Jordan Lake, but this time to complete the trail around it.

    • Thank you! To be honest with you, at the time the light was rather iffy and the best thing I thought I had got out of Jordan Pond was the lunch at the restaurant the day before! 🙂

Never discount being lucky, say I!

    • Thank you so much! Yes, Nature is, you are right. And I was very lucky with the place, and the time and the weather which all came together for me perfectly. Whew!
