Oh light

A somewhat miscellaneous set of photos from several places around Connecticut bonded by the fact that I was consciously trying to capture the light that was animating the scene so completely. It sort of, kind of worked, anyway.

Before viewing the photographs, I would also like to invite you to visit the poetry blog, the Book of Pain. As always, special thanks to my dearest Lyn, She Of Great Taste In All Things But Men, who does most of the photo selection. Thank you for dropping by the Book of Bokeh.

    • Thank you so very much. Having admired your work for such a long time, your generosity of spirit means a lot to me!

    • Thank you so much, you are always very kind! There were some good lucky shots here, I agree. My favorite was the young lady on the bike, just barely caught in very low light after I had moistly put the camera away. 🙂

    • That night I caught the grasses was really lovely, I recall. We had had a very hot muggy spell, but that evening was dry and warm and filled with the call of the little ‘peeper’ frogs.
